These Terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are. This site is operated by Ashford & Wren, a brand of ZORITRADE INC., a Colorado corporation, principal office: 1580 N. Logan St., Ste 660 #78258, Denver, CO 80203, USA. Contact: contact@amaralsol.com.

2. Using our site. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or access it in any unauthorized way. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing. We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color and detail can occur. Prices are shown in USD and may change. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price, or to cancel.

4. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation email when you order, but a binding contract is formed only when we ship your item(s). We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

5. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Delivery and returns. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable US state and federal law, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to ZORITRADE INC. (Ashford & Wren) or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability. We provide the site and our products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Colorado.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
