Shipping

We ship worldwide, including across the United States and Canada. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Free shipping on all orders over $70; a flat $6.99 applies under $70. US delivery 7–12 business days, Canada 7–15. Every order is fully tracked.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, with tags attached, for a refund to your original payment method (issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return). For hygiene reasons we can't accept pierced jewelry or intimates with the seal removed. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.

Sizing

All sizes use the US sizing system. Clothing runs XS–2XL; shoes use US sizes. Size guides are shown on each product page — if you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll help.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
