At Ashford & Wren, we believe considered fashion deserves considered delivery. Here's everything you need to know about how, when and where we ship.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with your tracking link once your order has shipped.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, including across the United States and Canada.
Delivery times (estimated from dispatch)
- United States: 7-12 business days (10-15 during peak periods such as the holidays and major sale events)
- Canada: 7-15 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days, depending on destination
Shipping costs & free delivery
Free shipping on all orders over $70. For orders under $70, a flat $6.99 shipping fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in USD; the exact charge is always displayed before you pay.
Tracking your order
Every order is fully tracked. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Duties & taxes
International orders (including to Canada) may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of the end of the estimated delivery window, email contact@amaralsol.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and put it right.
