Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work at Ashford & Wren.

Our 30-day returns window

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Condition of returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • unworn and unused, in their original condition;
  • with all tags and labels still attached;
  • in their original packaging.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewelry, or underwear, swimwear and hosiery where the hygiene seal or tag has been removed. Gift cards are non-refundable. None of this applies if the item is faulty — faulty items can always be returned.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@amaralsol.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the correct return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us first.

3. Pack the item securely. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping you pay.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you'd like. If you need a hand, just email us and we'll sort it together.
